Meet Nakisa Shafiee, the Director of Engineering at the Jane App Clinic Software, where she leads the billing and clinical product domains. With over 15 years in the industry, she started as a backend engineer and grew into leading multi-team groups.

She’s passionate about developing people and creating environments where teams can do their best work. Outside of her day-to-day, Nakisa is focused on mentoring and supporting women in tech, and believes that investing time in others is one of the most impactful ways to grow as a leader.
