Meet Experimo™, an experimental display sans serif family designed around the tension of juxtaposed forms—specifically the contrast between round and rectangular shapes.

Design validation came from Steven Heller, who praised its ability to switch between "different moods and expressions while remaining within the same close-knit type family". This unconventional approach offers powerful utility. It is available in 6 weights and 12 styles and includes over 1,325 glyphs to support Latin and Cyrillic languages.

We're proud to have collaborated with the talented team at Zulu Alpha Kilo on the new visual identity for ParticipACTION. Our team at R9 Type+Design had the opportunity to help modify the typeface, which is now a core part of the brand's refreshed look.

We created our new display typeface, Aqueo™ on the cylindrical wireframe of a water glass. The one-sided round corner details added a contemporary feel to this unique typeface.
