In December, Queen Mother Nendomaajeme II (Dr. Elizabeth Mensah-Bowler) gathered 33 Queen Mothers from across the Mo Traditional Area to discuss key community issues and how they can use their influence to create positive change.
Queen Mothers are respected traditional leaders who work alongside chiefs to promote community well-being, preserve cultural values, and support local development.
Stay tuned as these influential women work together to make a lasting impact in the Mo tribe and beyond!

After celebrating Motherβs Day, we are reminded that behind every mother is a story of strength, sacrifice, and hope.
Today, we share one that touched our hearts deeply.
π β¨ A Home Restored With Joy β¨π
Remember Lucy Daah? The widow with four school-aged children whose roof was destroyed in a storm last year? Earlier this month, she arrived at NEA dressed in her best, accompanied by three elders from her community, simply to say thank you in person.
As Lucy shared her story, tears streamed down her face. She recalled the fear and uncertainty when the storm struck and damaged her home. With nowhere else to turn, she wondered how she and her children would survive.
Through the kindness of faithful partners, support was provided to replace her roof and restore safety to her family. What seemed impossible became a testimony of hope. β€
βI will never forget this help. It was more than just a roof. It was hope. It was relief. It was knowing that when I needed help most, someone could say yes.β
β Lucy Daah
Stories like Lucyβs remind us why this work matters. Because of compassionate partners, families in crisis are finding relief, dignity, and lasting joy.
Thank you for helping mothers like Lucy experience hope again.
