📣 Impact Guarantee is seeking expressions of interest to join its Governance Committee. The Governance Committee provides strategic oversight and ensures the program remains aligned with its mission and purpose.

Impact Guarantee is a national, sector-led initiative working to strengthen Canada’s social finance ecosystem by increasing access to capital for underserved communities. We are seeking individuals with experience in social finance, governance, public policy, or ecosystem development, including SFI representatives, funders, and individuals with lived experience of barriers to capital.

Committee participation requires a time commitment of approximately nine meetings per year (two hours each). Honorariums are available.
