I am many things including a mother, hairstylist and a RYT-500 yoga instructor. My journey started with DevaTree School of Yoga's 200hr Cross-Disciplinary Yoga teacher training in the spring of 2013. I have continued to train, learn & deepen my practice with this incredibly diverse school. I'm very passionate about yoga & love to share that with you! Restorative yoga class
Sunday July 5th
4:30-6pm
$40 investment
This is a deliciously relaxing class. We hold poses in total comfort, supported by blocks blankets, eye pillows and bolsters. Inviting & allowing the body to let go. To release patterns deeply held in the mind/body systems.
All props are supplied, you are always welcome to bring your own comfy blanket.
RSVP if interested, I’ll confirm by Friday if the class is a go.
