This weekend, the Vancouver team participated in the RBC Race for the Kids in Vancouver, supporting BC Children’s Hospital. As the only hospital in BC devoted exclusively to kids, BC Children’s provides the specialized care that seriously ill kids need to fight their health battles.

For over a decade, RBC Race for the Kids has united companies, families, and schools to support BC Children’s Hospital. The race funds life-saving research, new treatments, and mental health programs that reach kids in every corner of BC.

Yesterday’s run included a record-breaking 10,000+ runners and has raised over $2 million (and counting!)

Ce week-end, l’équipe de Vancouver a participé à la RBC Race for the Kids à Vancouver afin de soutenir le BC Children’s Hospital. En tant que seul hôpital de la Colombie-Britannique exclusivement dédié aux enfants, le BC Children’s Hospital offre les soins spécialisés dont les jeunes patients gravement malades ont besoin pour faire face à leurs défis de santé.

Depuis plus d’une décennie, la RBC Race for the Kids rassemble des entreprises, des familles et des écoles afin de soutenir le BC Children’s Hospital. Cette course contribue au financement de recherches vitales, de nouveaux traitements et de programmes de santé mentale qui viennent en aide aux enfants partout en Colombie-Britannique.

L’édition d’hier a réuni un nombre record de plus de 10 000 participants et a permis d’amasser plus de 2 millions de dollars (et ce n’est pas terminé !).

This week, the Tundra India team took a break from the usual work routine and got together over lunch and dinner.

Good food, fun conversations, lots of laughs, and a chance to spend time together outside of work made it a great time overall.

Always nice seeing the team connect beyond calls, meetings, and deadlines.

As our teams continue to grow across our Business Development and Delivery sectors, we wanted to highlight one of the newest groups that went through Tundra’s New Hire Training Program and provide a glimpse into the learning, collaboration, and development that takes place throughout each onboarding cohort.

Through live exercises, role plays, sourcing activities, and real-world recruiter scenarios, associates were able to translate training into practice through hands-on experiences that reflect the realities of recruitment, strengthening their ability to build relationships, navigate complex hiring needs, and deliver high-quality talent solutions to our clients.

Alors que nos équipes continuent de croître au sein des secteurs Développement des affaires et Delivery, nous souhaitions mettre en lumière l’un des plus récents groupes ayant participé au programme de formation des nouvelles recrues de Tundra et offrir un aperçu de l’apprentissage, de la collaboration et du développement qui prennent place au sein de chaque cohorte d’intégration.

Grâce à des exercices en direct, des jeux de rôle, des activités de sourcing et des mises en situation inspirées du quotidien des recruteurs, les associés ont pu mettre la formation en pratique à travers des expériences concrètes reflétant les réalités du recrutement. Ces activités renforcent leur capacité à bâtir des relations, à répondre à des besoins d’embauche complexes et à offrir des solutions de talents de haute qualité à nos clients.
