The Earth is not divided.
We are the ones who divide it.
Borders, names, territories —
these are human constructions.
But the Earth itself remains one:
a living, dynamic, interconnected organism.
As Prof. Delia Steinberg Guzmán reminds us,
we need to recover a deeper vision of nature —
not as something external to us,
but as a system of which we are a part.
To recognize the Earth as a living being
is also to recognize our responsibility:
to care, to respect, and to live in harmony with this great organism that sustains us.

🌍 This video is part of a special series of content
in preparation for the International Mother Earth Day.

Perhaps the real question is:
do we know how to live as part of a whole?

50 countries. One direction. 🌍
Every year, teachers and leaders of New Acropolis International (Nueva Acrópolis Internacional) from across the world gather in one place. Not to report numbers or sign documents — but to remember why we do what we do.
Because it’s easy to forget, in the daily work of each school, each class, each volunteer action, that we are part of something much larger than ourselves.
In Antigua, Guatemala, we were reminded.
We looked around the room and saw faces from five continents — different languages, different cultures, different histories. And yet, one shared conviction: that human beings are capable of something higher. That philosophy, lived and practiced, can help people find the best version of themselves.
Acropolis — the high city. The highest point.
That is what we are building, together, every day.
To the volunteers of Nueva Acrópolis Guatemala who made this possible: in your generosity, we saw philosophy in action.

What can the myth of Theseus and the Minotaur teach us about ourselves?

At the center of the labyrinth, Theseus confronts the Minotaur. At first glance, it is simply a story from Greek mythology. But symbolically, this encounter speaks of something much deeper: the confrontation between our highest forces and our most instinctive tendencies.

In the article “Theseus and the Minotaur: The Defining Human Image,” author Siobhan Farrar explores this powerful symbol and invites us to see the myth as a reflection of our inner world.

As she writes: “The labyrinth… represents the whirlpool of everyday life… the great web of illusion and sensation which ensnares and encases the human spirit.”

The labyrinth can be understood as the complexity of everyday life.
The Minotaur as that within us which must be confronted.
And Theseus represents the heroic impulse that drives us to seek the center of ourselves.

Perhaps all of us, at some point, must cross our own labyrinth.

Tribute to an exceptional being, who came to ignite and inspire humanity to discover the mysteries of the Universe. ⭐❤🔥

426 years since the death of Giordano Bruno.

In the 16th century, Giordano Bruno dared to think beyond the limits accepted in his time. A philosopher, mathematician, and mystic, he saw no contradiction between science and spirituality, but rather two expressions of the same profound truth.

For Bruno, an infinite God could only manifest in an equally infinite universe — alive, dynamic, and filled with worlds. Nature was not an inert mechanism, but a sacred expression of the divine; and the human being, endowed with reason, imagination, and love, could ascend to the understanding of this order through contemplation, knowledge, and inner freedom.
His vision united cosmos and consciousness, matter and spirit, science and mysticism. For defending freedom of thought and fidelity to truth, Bruno faced exile, persecution, and ultimately death. Even so, he refused to renounce what he had come to understand as true.

Today, Giordano Bruno remains a symbol of intellectual and spiritual courage: the courage to think without fear, to seek the infinite, and to remain faithful to one’s own conscience — even when the price is high.

📖 The article “Giordano Bruno: A Mystic of the Infinite Cosmos”, written by Sofia Venuti, explores this singular journey in depth, along with his ideas and his legacy for philosophy, science, and inner life.
