​When I started Model Mentor Canada in 2016, I had a vision to Educate, Empower & Elevate the next generation of models. Looking back at some of my favourite moments over the last 10 years, I’m reminded that it’s never been just about the poses or the runway, it’s about the confidence built and the community we’ve created together.

It was an absolute pleasure to create this masterclass with Inna Korobkina from and reveal the rarely discussed business side and mental health side of modeling that a successful career often hinges on.

We touch upon many topics in this interview, but mainly we share all the lessons we have learned between the both of us; Inna having navigated being in front and behind the lens as a model, actress, producer and style advisor and myself as a previous model, agent, creative director, author and now a mentor to models.

The modeling world is changing rapidly with the introduction of AI, and just like in every other industry a model can use it to their advantage to build a global brand or get lost amongst the noise.

We hope those who have the spark to give modeling a try can go on to do so safely, successfully, and sharing beautiful stories and a unique part of their authentic selves with the world.
