If you happen to be in Milan this week at the Audio Mostly conference, come to the talk and hear about our recent (and ongoing) project! Hoy, R. D., & Van Nort, D. (2024). Human-Machine Co-creation in an Electroacoustic Ensemble Performance Context. In Proceedings of the 19th International Audio Mostly Conference: Explorations in Sonic Cultures (pp. 93-104).

Everything all at once (or, straight up vibes): A Hans Zoomer musical catastrophe in two parts (or three projects), volume 1 Date/time:: Tuesday Dec 5, 4:30-5:15pm Where:: Transmedia Lab, Accolade West Building Room 103, York University Campus What:: You are cordially invited to have your face melted by the Fall 2023 Electro-Acoustic Orchestra class! This evolution of our 12 weeks of refinement and playing (personal development of instruments, group development of composing/improvising with gestures, integration of OSC networked signals) will produce some straight up vibes, most certainly avoid musical catastrophe, will evoke shades of the great Hans Zoomer, and surely everyone (all 26 members) will play...all at once at times. 2-3 pieces will be played in a 40 minute set.
