Currently seeking a Senior Program Manager (SAP) to be engaged on an initial short term contract with a longer term extension.

Qualifications and Experience include:

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in ERP/SAP projects, including 4+ years leading largescale implementations.

• Hands-on expertise with modules such as SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Ariba, Concur, and Workforce Software.

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation) and their integration with SAP S/4HANA and Workforce Software.

This is a hybrid role requiring the contractor to be on site at least 3 days per week at the downtown office.

To oversee the design, development, and ex*****on of training strategies for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA business transformation.

This pivotal role spans the full project lifecycle—from pre-implementation preparation through deployment and sustainment.

Project:

A multi-year SAP S/4HANA business transformation initiative focused on modernizing systems, streamlining processes, and driving long-term business value. The program is a strategic priority, touching multiple functions across the organization, and requires strong engagement and clear communications to align leaders, employees, and stakeholders throughout the journey.

Key Requirements:

• 15-20 years in training field with 7-10 years minimum experience as an SAP Training Lead

• Training experience (development and as an instructor) across the full suite of SAP modules as part of large, complex strategic transformation projectsExperience leading

• Training / Learning development for SAP S4HANA as part of a large enterprise projectsExperience managing and/or developing operational / safety training preferred

• Experience with Digital Adoption tools (e.g. SAP WalkMe preferred), training accelerators, and learning content development tools (e.g. Articulate 360, virtual reality tools)

• Energy / Utilities experience preferred

• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment

• Experience developing and managing training in a unionized environment and for various audience groups (corporate, field, warehouse)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
