Charging now available at Lougheed Heights in Coquitlam, BC! πŸ”‹ For EV drivers, nothing beats the convenience of charging at home.

As more drivers make the switch to electric (new vehicle data from Q3 2022 shows 9.4% in Canada and 6.1% in the USA were electric), multi-unit residential buildings have a massive opportunity by offering EV charging in their parking garage to retain and attract tenants (and the next federal grant deadline is fast approaching).
