#FerratumFridays Contest Rules

1. Organizer

The contest is organized by Ferratum Canada (hereinafter "Organizer"). This contest is not endorsed, administered, or sponsored by Facebook.

2. Participation

All users who are 18 years of age, and are permanent residents of Canada are eligible to participate, except for the Organizer, or their family members. Participants interested in entering the contest can do so by following the instructions given by the Organizer’s contest post. Participating in the contest does not require you to purchase a product or service from Ferratum Canada. The contest ends at the time specified in the Organizer’s post. Ferratum Canada reserves the right to change the time of participation. The names of the winners will be published on the Organizer’s page and/or on the Organizer’s website. If the winner has acted in breach of these rules, or good practise or otherwise unlawfully, the Organizer has the right to reject the contest entry. The Organizer reserves the right to remove or refrain from publishing any material deemed inappropriate.

3. Prize

One winner is elected each week the contest is running. The prize is a $100 CAD pre-paid credit card. The winners of the contest will be selected at random by the Organizer. Winners of the contest cannot change the prize offered by the Organizer. The names of the winners will be published on the Organizer’s page, and where possible, will be notified of the prize in person. If the winner cannot be reached within one month of the winner’s selection, the Organizer has the right to choose a new winner. The winners will be selected every Friday. A skill testing question must be answered by the winner.

4. Responsibilities of the Organizer and winner

The winner of the prize is responsible for any costs and/or taxes associated with the receipt of the prize, or the use, or participation in the prize draw. The winner of the prize will relieve the Organizer of any liability relating to the subsequent use of the prize, or any defects thereof, as well as any liability for injury arising out of the use of the prize. This disclaimer does not undermine consumer rights under the Consumers Protection Act. The Organizer’s liability for the participants does not exceed the value or amount of the prize mentioned in these rules.

5. Facebook’s discharge

The competition is not in any way funded, support, or maintained by Facebook.
