The conversation around AI is no longer limited to technology teams. Increasingly, leaders across the nonprofit sector are being asked to make decisions about how AI is adopted, governed, and integrated into their organizations.

The Human + AI Leadership Lab is designed for senior nonprofit leaders who are shaping strategy, guiding organizational change, and thinking critically about the future of their workforce, programs, and communities.

Whether you're leading a workforce development organization, adult education program, literacy initiative, training organization, or other human potential-focused work, this Lab provides an opportunity to explore AI through a leadership lens.

Participants will engage with practical frameworks and peer learning opportunities while exploring topics such as strategy, governance, ethics, organizational culture, and workforce readiness. The goal isn't to become an AI expert. It's to become a more confident and informed leader in an AI-driven world.

No technical AI expertise is required.
