My Sundays are usually spent slowing it down a little, and part of that includes me getting ready for the week ahead. My Sunday refresh checklist:
📝Jot down work goals for the week ahead.
🗓 Make sure I’ve added every appointment to my calendar
🥗Plan meals (working on doing this consistently)
🧹Tidy-up (typically includes dancing as well)
🛀 By moon if I have no showings it’s my self-care time Read, go for a walk, grab coffee with a friend, or do nothing at all! (Typically do nothing at all lol)
