Im super proud of myself, ive lost a lot of weight and put on clean mass, its crazy what you can do when you believe in yourself, my protocols as a nutritionist are on point. I think i lost my appetite for food now all i do is fast and drop mushies, drink tea, listening to bangers only! Aye there sunshine, Theres a whole nother level with this s**t and i want it so fu***ng bad, i just want to be fully aligned with my highest self and f**k s**t up. No matter what, stay disciplined, but im realizing its time to starting having fun again, s**ts not that serious, ive over thought my way out of over thinking. Show some skin get some colour this years the year i fully recover. Confidence is everything. Intentions are what matters, ive always been a fool now im a mad hatter. 🍄💪🏻
