If you're like us, you may consider putting smoked salmon on just about anything.

So we went ahead and made the version we actually dream about.

The salmon is cured with beet and ginger, which is where that deep purple comes from. It gets stacked on our housemade bun with cream cheese, arugula, and a touch of chives. . .and the rest is magic.

Add a coffee, find some sun, and suddenly a regular Tuesday feels like a slow morning somewhere far away ☀️

Our Focaccia Barese got a little closer to home 🇮🇹

The version that started it all was inspired by one of the classic focaccia styles you'd find in Bari: thin, traditional, and loaded with three kinds of tomatoes.

After almost 15 months, we decided to freshen things up, bringing our Focaccia Barese closer to what many of us grew up eating as kids.

Still made in-house. Still using flour from a 100-year-old mill in Italy.

This time, a little softer, a little fluffier, and a little more familiar. Basically the kind of focaccia Nonna would have put on the table at 3pm on a sunny afternoon.
