Zayo OSP crews continue to work to identify the fault. The work on the original damage has been completed, but we are not seeing any restoration of services. The Zayo OSP team is working to identify any additional fault that exists so we can repair it and restore services.
Please be informed that there was a fiber break in the dark fiber loop between our data center and 165 Halsey St. The fiber ring was taken offline to perform a repair. ETA unknown at this time
Please be advised - This is for Horde Webmail users. If you do not use Horde Webmail please ignore this email.
Horde support will be removed from cPanel starting with Version 108 (date to be determined). This is because Horde does not support PHP 8.x, and PHP 7.4 reaches End of Life in November 2022.
What does this mean for me?
Our Webmail offering will be focused on Roundcube going forward. Your email will be available in Roundcube just as it is in Horde today.
What do I need to do to prepare for this?
Nothing currently. We are currently working on tools that will migrate current Horde calendar and contacts data to Roundcube and Roundcube + CCS. We will have more information available once those tools are ready.
What about my calendars and contacts?
We will be providing migration tools that will help Horde users move to Roundcube. We will have more information on those at a later date.
Please forward any questions or concerns to [email protected]

Re: Network outage
Event Type: Network Outage
Location(s): Piscataway, NJ
Client Affecting: Yes
Event Summary: A large portion of our IP space has been targeted by an attack exceeding 500 Gbps in size that caused several major upstream links that we have to be completely saturated. At this time, there have been several immediate changes made to our network infrastructure that will prevent the attack from causing complete unavailability. While our current infrastructure can handle the attacks as a whole, the attack traffic did not come in through balanced routes causing specific uplinks to be completely saturated. The Data center has immediately started the process of upgrading uplinks to all upstream providers to multiple 100 Gbps links, which will allow it to completely absorb the attack without saturation in the near future. This permanent solution is expected to be in place soon (date TBA as still coordinating with upstream providers) and is considered to be the highest priority project to ensure long term availability and quality of service to our customers.
Our number one goal is to provide the best possible service to customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
