Seeing the strongest woman in his life disappearing slowly before his eyes, Matan realized that health is not static. Since then, he has used his skills and passion to help drive others away from disease, and towards long-lasting, delicious health. Matan’s interest in food began at a very young age, while cooking in his parents’ kitchen. After volunteering in the kitchen of the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, he became passionate about feeding people well. Seeing his mother suffer, he naturally became interested in the connection between food and health.
