Hi everyone,
I've been social media silent whilst focusing on both recovering from my accident and documenting the process. I want to say a sincere heartfelt thank you to everyone who has reached out to me over the past 6 weeks and who has donated to my gofund me campaign. I have reached out to a number of you privately and will be continuing to do so.

Thanks to your contributions which during this time have been life changing, I have been receiving 4 treatment sessions a week and am pleased to say that I have 90% of my range of motion back in my left arm and 100% back in my right. As you can imagine, there are still complications and difficulties I'm working through but the speed of recovery and outcome so far has been unexpected thanks to the incredible people at , especially .physio who's incredible expertise and hands on approach has helped me fight this and a number of other debilitating conditions. I can not recommend him enough.

Tomorrow is what I expect will be my last x rays, and I'm hoping for positive news. I have done my best to document this journey from physical treatment to nutrition, filming vlogs, my own x rays, at home exercises, audio logs, written blogs and occasional my physiotherapy sessions under a project titled 'Broken Strings - A guitarists Road To Recovery'.

I couldn't find any evidence of a professional guitarist having broken both arms, let alone returning to the previous if not better level of working before the injury. So, I felt it would be important to create a resource for people whether they play an instrument or not, that will hopefully help guide them through the reality and possible outcome of recovery, with an honest time line relative to my own experience. I hope it will help a lot of people in the future.

Additionally, once I have finished editing everything, I will begin work on my previous experience with tennis elbow, de quervain's tenosynovitis and ulnar nerve entrapment, the latter being a condition I have been trying to monitor and maintain for over a year now. All of these are common injuries, and again, I hope to be able to help others going through either of them.
