Figuring out "What's for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner?" can be challenging especially during this difficult time.
Here are 5 food and nutrition tips from UNICEF.
1. Keep up fruit and vegetable intake
2. Swap in healthy dried or canned alternatives when fresh produce is not available i.e. canned vegetables, chickpeas, etc.
3. Build up a stock of healthy snacks such as nuts, yoghurt, chopped or dried fruits, boiled eggs, or other available healthy options
4. Limit highly processed foods
5. Make cooking and eating a fun and meaningful part of your family routine
