The March 2026 TRREB numbers are in, and the market is tightening up just in time for spring. Here’s the need-to-know:
🚀 Sales Up 1.7%: Buyers are officially back in action.
📉 Listings Down 16.7%: Inventory is retracting, setting the stage for a market rebalance.
💰 Prices Lower: The average price is $1,017,796 (down 6.7% from March 2025).
With sales rising and inventory shrinking, the window to capitalize on these prices is narrowing. As TRREB President Daniel Steinfeld noted, improved affordability is finally moving the needle for GTA households.
