It's time to celebrate! 🎉

We are proud to announce that Community was the recipient of four awards of excellence at The Nationals, the industry's most prestigious awards show for New Home Sales and Marketing. These awards are validation of a true team effort - our brilliant creatives, our next-level XM team, production geniuses, digital specialists and our indefatigable REM team. To commemorate 's new flagship Yorkville residence, we knew we had to craft something distinct. We introduced the Pemberton signature to represent the brand's final stamp of approval and accountability to their customers. The Pemberton 33 Yorkville is the first and only building to proudly bear it. Thank you to for the recognition and Pemberton Group for the opportunity 

It's always special to be recognized, but to be honoured by the Ontario Association of Crime Stoppers is extra meaningful. Working together, we drove a visual rebrand and fundamental operational change. Starting with their visual representation we incorporated quotation marks to engage their new mantra, “See it. Say it. Stop it.” In turn we also evolved their anonymous tip program, reallocating funds for tips into community and neighbourhood initiatives. The end result, an inspired community more apt to speak up.
