Meet Bobo! She is a registered massage therapist. Bobo’s practice is focused on helping you return to pain-free life and optimal well-being. She believes that there is no pain too small or too complex. Over the years, she developed an interest in treating chronic tension, sciatica, postural dysfunctions, stress relief and arthritic pain.

Her approach to massage therapy incorporates general Swedish massage, deep tissue release and trigger point therapy. This encourages deep relaxation necessary for the body to heal.

Custom orthotics, or custom insoles/inserts, are a medical device that controls the way you move. A pair of properly prescribed custom orthotics can relieve pain in the foot, knees, hips, and back, and ensures a healthier future for your entire body. Fungal nails are infections beneath the nail's surface, which often penetrates the nail itself. The nail may become discoloured, brittle, loosened from the nail bed, thickened, crumbly or foul smelling. In severe cases, surgical removal of the nail may be necessary.
