✨Now it is the air element that is coincidentally associated to fall and postnatal wellness. It is believed that excess comes into a woman’s body as she births. It is also believed that Fall with its drop in temperature and excess air activates the Vatta or air element in our bodies. Excess Vatta in the Fall and during the postnatal period can bring excess change , instability, forgetfulness, and anxiety in the body. DONT YOU FEEL LIKE THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO IN THE FALL? 1. ADDING MORE healthy fats into our diet. ENJOY a foods like coconut oil, avocado, dark chocolate, and salmon.. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. WARMING your body by eating nourishing warm soups and stews ( ox tail is a bonus for collagen) ADD HERBAL TEAS LIKE NETTLE, RASPBERRY, AND BLUE COHOSH ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. EMBRACING a yang or gentle movement routine. Enjoy staying a long time in gentle poses that ground you and create pelvic and first chakra stability. MOVE slowly but surely. Picture a tree growing roots down the earth⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
