What drew us to Maxine was her passion for helping people succeed. She loves getting to the root cause of what’s creating friction inside a sales organization, removing obstacles, and helping teams perform at their best.

Her philosophy is simple: bring out the best in people so they can achieve their goals and reach the next level of success.

At Focus, Maxine will work alongside business owners and their sales teams to build the structure, leadership, and operating rhythm needed to achieve predictable revenue growth.
