Disciple of Garvey, aka the Prince of the New Pan-African Movement, now known as Dr. Umar Ifatude, was in Toronto from the USA, and headlined an awesome event at First Fridays, hosted by Warren Salmon at The Real Jerk Restaurant.

Additional engagements for Dr. Umar were held in the GTA, including one at the Jamaican Canadian Association, which will be spotlighted here as well, along with a Network & Build event in Oshawa. All three functions were sold out.

Watch out for Silvertrust Media and Afroglobal Television platforms for content, and future appearances by one of the leading Civil Rights leaders of our time. The future is bright due to the intellectual capital and consciousness Dr. Umar imparts, though often considered controversial.
