I am a Toronto metalsmith and enamellist specializing in vibrantly coloured enamel jewellery, bowls and art. Enamelling is firing very finely ground glass (vitreous enamel) onto a metal base at approximately 1500 degrees. I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible by using vinegar and salt for cleaning metal instead of chemicals. See my website www.torchedstudio.com for purchasing options.
