Seeking mature/reliable front desk receptionist for our downtown optometry clinic

Monday to Friday 10:30am to 6:00pm

Duties include:
- answering the phone - booking appointments
- greeting & registering patients
- preliminary patient testing
- filing, light cleaning

Looking for a candidate with:
-good customer service skills, friendly demeanor
-quick learner, willing to take initiative
-good multi-tasking skills while keeping organized
-looking for someone long term

*Experience in the optometry/optical/admin field an asset but not required – willing to train the right candidate*
