The Withrow Fun Fair is happening on Saturday, May 30th from 11am - 3pm!

We understand that the event is pricey and want all families to be able to enjoy the Fun Fair. If cost is an issue, please reach out to Principal Neville at [email protected] for complimentary wristbands and tickets.

2. The Fun Fair can't run without volunteers - sign up here to help out: https://tinyurl.com/wm7c8fex. There are still many volunteer positions to fill. Teen volunteers are also welcome. The class with the most parent volunteers will win an ice-cream party.

3. For anyone interested in event management, we need someone to shadow this year's event to take over the *Fun Fair Chair position next year*. To find out more reach out to [email protected]

4. We are welcoming all baked/bought nut-free goodies to sell at the Fun Fair. Drop off your treats at the bake sale table by 11:30am on the day of the Fun Fair. Please include an ingredient list. Sign up here if you're interested: https://tinyurl.com/4xj6tsku

5. We are also accepting cake donations for musical cakes - the more crazy and candy-decorated the better! There is no sign-up for this, just bring your cake to the Fun Fair.

Save big and avoid line-ups - who doesn’t love that?! From now until May 29th, grab your wristband for $25. Wristbands will be $35 at the door.

Wristbands are for unlimited visits on all inflatable rides. Tickets are good for rides, games, activities and food & beverages (excluding F&B trucks).

We can't make a huge event like the Fun Fair happen without A LOT of help! We need parents/caregivers and local teen volunteers to help in advance and especially on the day of the Fun Fair!

We are currently only at 51% volunteer sign up. We need your support to make this event happen and not dial back on the fun! Spread the word to the Withrow Community and any teenagers seeking volunteer hours!

As we did last year, the class with the most parent volunteers this year will win an ice cream party during the last week of school 🍨🍦
