Precision framing is underway at our Parkdale project. This dropped ceiling will feature uplighting, designed to wash light evenly across the ceiling. Getting the structure right at this stage ensures perfect alignment and seamless installations.

Phase two is officially underway. With the kitchen protected and sealed, we’ve moved into the heavy lifting — full basement excavation and underpinning to support a taller, drier, and more usable space.

This part of the process is all about precision, planning, and a whole lot of buckets. We’re deep into the dig now and laying the groundwork (literally) for a completely transformed lower level.
