I will be speaking on a panel alongside 4 other incredible creatives, on the topic of events and community engagement. Today is workshop number 5 of 6. It excites me to wake up each morning knowing that I’ll get to foster a new group of individual creative minds, all with the singular purpose of connecting through art. I really appreciate y’all.
Today starts with a tour of the AGO’s archives of old Caribbean photos, lead by the wonderful Dr. Julie Crooks. Afterwards we come back down to the education commons for a panel discussion between Dr. Crooks and Ashley McKenzie-Barnes on the art of curation. I can’t wait to hear what y’all have to say, so please feel free to chime in with questions and comments.
