COVID-19 Pandemic Update


Everyone needs to do their part to protect their communities and to ease the strain on overburdened healthcare systems. If we all follow public health recommendations, practice proper hygiene and adhere to social distancing we believe we can “flatten the curve”.

To show our commitment to our communities, our employees and our clients, effective Monday March 23rd, 2020 most of our staff will be working from home.

For a short period of time everyday until 1 p.m., we will allow for shipping of our equipment either by truck or courier. UPS and Purolator are the only couriers that have agreed to do pickups by 1PM so we therefore request that one of them be specified for collect shipments. We can also ship prepaid & charge to those customers who do not have accounts with these two carriers.

Given the fluid nature of this situation we will be evaluating this procedure on a continual basis. It may be subject to change based on evolving circumstances.
