Have you been to Sedona?
If so, what was your experience like?
I just got back from a women’s retreat there, which was incredible. I learned so much about myself.
Since I heard that Sedona was a magical place, I decided to keep a running list of every unexpected, surprising or hard-to-explain moment that took place.
By the end, I had quite the list!
But two experiences stood out and shifted how I think about what's possible for leadership and life!

Trust is the foundation of every high-performing team.
Sadly, I see low trust in many teams.

It is the journey of how my client went from low scores on an employee opinion survey to building a high-trust culture.
Instead of brushing off his poor results, he leveraged a process that took real courage.
His behaviour inspired me to write about how you can build a high-trust team.
