With all these connection from TTC to Go lines happening and with the new One Fair program (looks like Finch LRT will be open end of 2024 and operated by TTC) I think its time Metrolinx and Go look at the Go train that blows past Dundas west station from Union to Downsview Park to be an intergral part of getting students from Roncy, High Park, Bloor West, Parkdale up to York Univerity and Humber college. Even if it took 15-20 mins to get up to Downview Park go station from say Howard Park & Roncesvalles ave its only a short hop on the subway to York UniVersity or 1 subway stop to Finch west and then jump on the new Finch LET (you’ll be at Humber 36 mins later for a total of 51 to 55 mins. )
Humber College:
The old (from 12+
Years ago) and still current way (I lived though this hell) bloor line - Dundas West Station to Kippling then a very bumpy Crowded STANDING 26 min bus ride to Humber College, mind you all while the bus does highway speeds on hwy 427 - an accident would be catastrophic.
An alternative would be taking a trian from Dundas west station and if they follow through on connecting the New Finch West Humber College LRT station with the Airport (mabe just go to Malta Go station instead?) that would put things down to only 1 transfer if you walked to dundas west station.
