I just got back from the 25th Anniversary of the Tallack Martial Arts Winter Training Festival.
In this shot, I am teaching how to swing a sword. Cutting newspaper is a great way to demonstrate the proper way to cut with a sword. If you swing with too much power it will rip. If you swing just right as this student did, it will cut the paper.

Having a good sales funnel, a good customer retention program, a good client vetting process is better than having none at all because you are waiting till it is perfect.

Jump off the building and grow wings on the way down. In other words, deploy now and improve your systems as you get feedback from clients prospects and yes, even haters, all of whom may have relevant contributions that will help you improve along the way. Don’t wait until you are “ready” to deploy, go when it’s good enough.
