Get ready to braid, bake, and make a difference! ✨
Join us for our Pride Challah Bake in partnership with MAZON Canada - The Jewish Response to Hunger. Together, we’ll create colourful challahs while supporting an important cause in our community. Challahs made during the evening will be donated to help others in need. 💙
We’re also excited to welcome Izzy Waxman, Co-Executive Director of MAZON Canada, for this meaningful and hands-on evening filled with creativity, community, and connection.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated Shavuot with us at Adath Israel Congregation! 🌸💙
What an incredible evening filled with joy, dancing, delicious treats, music, and so many smiling faces. From the flower crown station to the Israeli dancing and Kawartha Dairy sundaes, seeing our community come together made the evening truly special.
We loved celebrating with you and can’t wait for the next one! ✨🇮🇱🍦🌾
Tuesday night at Adath Israel was BUSY in the best way possible!
One room was filled with our Chesed Committee planning ways to support and care for our community.
Other rooms were alive with learning in our Adult Hebrew Classes.
And upstairs, creativity and tradition came together at our Torah Scroll Writing Workshop.
There was also cheesecake! 🍰
So much learning, connection, kindness, and Jewish life all happening under one roof on a Tuesday night. This is community. 💙
