nd prescribed for the treatment of severe acne. The Statement of Claim will be amended and Kim Spencer McPhee will bring a motion for the certification of this action as a class proceeding. The Claim alleges that Accutane causes significant risks, including Inflammatory Bowel Disease. The Claim alleges that Hoffmann La-Roche knew of the health risks associated with consuming Accutane, but failed to warn doctors, patients, and regulators, including Health Canada and the FDA, of those risks.
