From carefully laminating the dough, to keeping the butter at just the right temperature, to letting them proof perfectly before baking…it’s a long process… and honestly, a literal work of art.

And that’s exactly why we take it a step further. Our caramelized croissant is made with real, homemade croissants baked in-house, bringing those flaky, buttery layers right into every bite of these cookies.
