When the hips don’t rotate the way they need to, the body finds another way. In this runner, limited external rotation at the hips is showing up as internal rotation at the feet — a common compensation pattern.
Why it matters: over time, this can increase the risk of tripping, falling, and unnecessary strain throughout the chain.
The goal isn’t to “correct” movement by force, but to restore options — improving hip mobility, re-establishing stability through the deep core, and allowing the legs and feet to do their job with more ease and safety.
Better movement isn’t about perfection. It’s about giving your body the support it needs to move confidently and stay injury-free.
