AI adoption has outpaced training. This creates not only a gap, but a professional risk.
👉According to a recently published pan-Canadian research report, 84% of career service providers are using AI in their career services, but only 18% have any formal training in AI or its ethical application.
Findings show that we need a sustained and sector-specific professional development infrastructure.
