The weekly numbers are out! Looks like the number of listings is starting to level out. Average days on market in the GTA remains stable. The number of transactions on a weekly basis is on a downward trend. With the number of listings leveling out and the number of sales on the decline, the total months of inventory is starting to increase. The current numbers are still a very strong seller’s market. We expect another rate increase by the bank of Canada and the prediction is that we will end up in a healthy balanced market towards the end of summer and fall.
