We are currently looking for a Receptionist to work with us on a Casual Part Time basis to start. Previous experience in a medical office and using EMR software is a must.

Essential Skills and Abilities
Computer use (Microsoft Word, Excel, Chrome, Google/GSuite, Jane, Practice Perfect)
Critical thinking
Problem solving and decision making
Working independently and with a team
Strong oral and written communication
Organized
Detail-oriented
Managing appointments in a scheduling system
Creating and maintaining client and office records
Perform general clerical duties
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a reception setting ***
Bookkeeping experience an asset***
Dental / Foot Clinic / Chiropractor Reception experience an asset ***
Must be able to Multi-Task in a fast-paced clinic
