Are we entitled to Past Life Recall?
Is it an indicator of worthiness?
A lot of people take a very passive stance when it comes to self-belief: who they are and what they're capable of, and many spiritually grounded people don't busy themselves with abstractions they don't know what to do with.
"How do we really Know anyway?"
"At best we can speculate have minor glimpses and take what resonates"
If you take examples from everyday life, you can say what country you live in and what you eat, but what makes any of this self knowledge?
Are these things self-consciously intrinsic to who you are?
For many people the answer is no, so what's something about who you are that you can trust is valuable and meaningful (positive or negative) beyond the externals?
You know that you're more likely to trust positive statements about someone's character if it comes from someone else, especially if that person sharing doesn't seem to have a selfish motive of agenda, is honest and level-headed.
The flipside of this is that there are people who are flattered by words spoken by others they themselves would be too embarrassed to say.
Self advocacy without self conviction will try to lean on specific markers that people trust because, after all, what people believe about themselves only matters if it's true...right?
"You know that so and so said I'm good right?"
The thing about negative self belief is that it tries to be true even when it's not.
It's quite a different thing to look at something complementary to your character on the one hand, and something you'd be embarrassed to make up (but not too embarrassed to say) on the other and recognize that the love you have for yourself is the basis of your discernment.
Past Life Regression is an act of self-love and self-honesty.
You remember how to be you, and that's worthy.

One face forward, one face back, the Roman god the month of January is named after represents the significant moment outside of time that billions go humans acknowledge at a seemingly arbitrary marker on December 31st
Are New Years reflections important to you?
Festivals of new beginning and renewal often coincide with the advent of spring, and so it’s important to acknowledge that makes the winter festivals special
To look back and forward at the same time makes you sensitive to influences that are normally crowded out by life’s happenings
This year is the 13th year that I review 365 days’ worth of dreams and survey cycles of continuity which reveal a turning point in the world historical process, threads of meaning which bridge seemingly distinct moments and beings
Threads of meaning that are usually obscured by the division of waking and sleeping consciousness caused by the diurnal cycle allows for the cycle of the year to be experienced from the centre of the Earth’s consciousness
While I may experience momentary frustrations and have many false starts, the peace that comes from my awareness of deep seated progress, worthiness and ability helps to override the amnesia that affects so many who desire to nurture spiritual intentions and live purposefully
This year I wish you peace and clarity so that you can receive the tremendous and mighty revelations of your true nature as an Earthly spiritual being so that these inner revelations, celebrated with jubilation by the elemental realms, will act as seeds for you in times ahead

What if it was all going to be okay?
🤝 What if the people you surround yourself with at this juncture of your life and of history, people you share a common heartbeat with across space and time, were people who knew at the core of their being what's at stake?
😵 If you're not managing your energy—habits, thoughts, embodied states and systems, much of which is unconsciously dictated—then someone or something else will be doing it for you, so if you're not courageous with your values you'll experience pain in their absence: consumerism, resentment, blame and victimization.
😞 What you fail to accept about yourself or another can be used to manipulate you and those around you because a reality withheld from love and awareness falls easy prey to selfish and unconscious agendas.
So what if it were truly safe to know how important and life-affirmingly abundant this and every other moment really was for you?
What if you looked at your pain and looked at your numbness and realized that the paths that lead to joy and to happiness are ones that you've dreaded or belaboured for no reason?
Does it have to be scary?
Can't it be fun?
Choose to be curious, patient, delighted...maybe not so surprised that you're enough 🤗

I just started this book and I'm probably the most optimistic I've ever been about the potential of human relationships.
Here's what I see on the horizon:
Bringing gentleness, naturalness and simplicity to the experience of authentic embodiment, rather than dramatized trials of self-abandonment, resentment, conformity and struggles with power.
Slowing down to really tune in and develop a relationship with one's energy rather than trying to control it, getting used to transient experiences of discomfort on the path to fostering generosity and owning that something can be %100 for you without feelings of guilt, shame or a lack of self-trust.
There's something here that can do a lot for remediating the states of amnesia that have become ubiquitous for some people.
It's about experiencing something we didn't know we were missing because we didn't think it could be this way.
Something we were a bit scared to open up to because, in forgetting how to honour ourselves and each other, we fixated on the need for protection in order to achieve something at a cost we were too expectant and shame-laden to recognize.
Here's a nugget:
For becoming aware of both your desires and boundaries, there's a process of noticing, trusting, valuing and communicating.
Bringing intention to this process is so intimately connected with intuitive development that it shows the emergence of spiritual consciousness as none other than the embodiment of authenticity and the de-conditioning of who we thought we had to be in order to feel safe while at the same time choosing what feels best from a place that is open, accountable, exploratory and devoted to what is good beyond the confines of how the self has defined Love...as something to be hoarded, guarded, defended, protected.
But do we know enough about what Love is or can be to warrant what we think we have to do for it?
Are you willing to receive love even as you're able to notice that it's a little scary?
Are you able to Be that without trying to control it, trusting that you can make the space to feel a little bit safer in that than you have previously?
