💔 Imagine living every day unable to control your bladder or bowels — and then developing a thickening scar tissue causing narrowing that makes going to the bathroom even harder.

That's Milton's reality.

This sweet boy was born with Manx Syndrome and has already undergone a specialist procedure to break down scar tissue that was narrowing his colon last year. The procedure gave him months of relief and comfort before we noticed a new scar tissue had popped up.

This new stricture (the original one is still successfully broken down post-procedure) is making it difficult for Milton to pass stool, and his veterinary team believes another colonoscopy and balloon dilation procedure is needed to help him feel comfortable again and greatly reduce his need for weekly bougienage (a manual stretching of the colon and breakdown of the scar tissue).

Because quality of life isn't just about surviving — it's about being able to do basic things without pain.
