Today I had the opportunity to speak with Neil Hughes about 8 Temple, and it gave a different perspective on what condo living can actually deliver.
At 8 Temple, the design feels more intentional. Instead of amenities that feel like an afterthought, the key spaces are placed on the rooftop — including the fitness area, sauna, outdoor theatre, and entertainment space — all designed to improve the overall living experience.
What stands out is the balance. It keeps a boutique feel while still offering a full set of amenities, with layouts focused on long-term livability rather than short-term use.
For buyers who are priced out of detached homes but don’t want a typical condo, this is a strong middle ground.
