2025: Big moves. Taking responsibility. Growing in community.

This year has stretched me, shaken me, broke me open for the beginning of the deepest healing. I’m in awe of what God has done when I said yes, even when it was deeply uncomfortable and uprooting.

🕊️ Got baptized in the Dominican Republic. Most transformative experience this year. 
🎤 Faced my fear of public speaking and led 4 back-to-back workshops at the Women in Construction Conference
🧾 Finally filed 3 years of overdue taxes and faced financial avoidance. Humbly learning from a lot of business mistakes and what it means to steward wealth. Building my systems from the ground up here. 
🏡 Closed my home practice I built over 4 years in the Beaches and relocated to the west end. 
🌆 Restarted my private practice downtown + joined Haven Wellness & The Athlete’s Grid for deeper community and growth after being solo for years (you can only grow so much alone)
👶 Trained in infant craniosacral therapy with and began working with babies & children
🤍 Completed a 9-month postpartum practitioner training with to better support mothers
🏋️‍♀️ Made serious strength gains with 
🚗 Faced another fear and got my full G license
✝️ Found freedom in my faith community; healing old wounds, releasing church hurt, and stepping into leadership.

2025 has humbled me. The way God has transformed my heart this year has me feeling so grateful and excited for what’s ahead in 2026: settling into my new community, stepping into leadership, staying coachable, creating online programs, offering in-person workshops, dream-team collaborations, moving toward greater financial freedom, and building deeper relationships.

Hi, I’m Nicole! I am a Registered Massage Therapist accepting new clients. I service the Queen West, Parkdale and Liberty Village communities at different clinics.

My approach to the body is very intuitive and I treat each client uniquely. I use a variety of modalities and styles to curate a treatment unique to the individual, but mostly I help my clients heal the relationship with their body through deep presence and education. My goal is to help my clients discover their body’s innate intelligence and potential to facilitate a healthy integration of the body, mind and spirit.
