It's golf season! While golf is generally low impact, it can still lead to injuries, especially among amateur players who have yet to perfect their technique.

If you're an avid golfer, you've likely heard of the term 'Golfer's Elbow', which is characterized by pain and inflammation on the inner side of the elbow, where the tendons of the forearm muscles attach to the bony bump on the inside of the elbow. This injury stems from the repetitive stress of the golf swing, particularly the gripping and swinging motion, which can strain the tendons and muscles in the forearm.
