🥄✨ 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 & 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭! ✨🥄

Looking for a quick, nutritious snack or breakfast? Try our easy 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙖 𝙋𝙪𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 recipe! 😋🌱

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or your favorite sweetener)
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (cow, oat, almond, coconut, cashew)
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract

𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:
- Berries, Banana, Mango, Granola (or mix and match!)

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
1. Mix all ingredients in a jar.
2. Leave to stand for 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
3. Stir well, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

𝐏𝐫𝐨 𝐓𝐢𝐩:
- For a chocolate twist, omit vanilla and add 1 Tbsp cocoa powder.
- Want extra protein? Mix in 1 tsp protein powder!
