In addition to being a certified sound therapist, Nicole is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and has developed this monthly Relaxation Therapy Workshop series, which is eligible for health insurance coverage.

Each session offers a gentle pause, including:

🎶 soothing sound bath

🫁 guided breathwork + body scan

🗣️ optional vocal toning (no singing experience needed)

🌀 space for guided sharing, rest, and nervous system regulation

This is an opportunity to “tune in” to deep relaxation, inner stillness, and self-reflection while learning how sound and vibration can support stress reduction and your emotional wellbeing.

In a world that is constantly shifting, this immersive sound bath offers a chance to gently return to yourself—to find stillness and balance amidst the change.

About the Experience

Guided by Laura Notton, RSW, MSW, a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Sound Therapy Practitioner, this experience will conclude with a few words of healing poetry by Wesley Rickert.

Expect a deeply immersive soundscape featuring quartz crystal bowls, sound healing instruments, a new ambient composition, and the healing power of voices, all thoughtfully amplified to enhance deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

No prior experience is needed—this is for anyone looking to reduce stress, regulate their nervous system, or simply take time to deeply rest.
