Learn how to make two of the most famous and classic Italian dishes

- Parmigiana
and enjoy a fresh Tiramisu prepared by our chefs!
CLASS SCHEDULE
- 6:00 Welcome Charcouterie Board and glass of Red Wine
- 6:20 Introduction of the Chefs and the FCA
- 6:30 Division in groups, Parmigiana and Lasagna making
- 8:15 Dinner
- 9:00 End of the Class

- 6:00 Welcome Aperitivo and Charcouterie Board
- 6:20 Pizza Theory and Recipe, Dough Preparation by Hand
- 6:40 Pizza Break
- 7:00 Dough Cutting and Rounding ( everyone will be able to bring their fresh prepared dough back home! )
- 7:45 Hands on Cooking! Stretch and prepare your favorite Pizza using your favourite toppings and cook it in our ovens!
- 9:00 End of the class
